How will I receive my order confirmation?
Your order confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp from 03060277766. Please save this number to avoid missing important updates. The confirmation message includes simple instructions required to verify your order before dispatch.

How long does shipping take?
Our standard delivery time is 2–3 working days across Pakistan.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number on the WhatsApp number along with the courier name. If you don’t see the message on your WhatsApp please reach us out on our WhatsApp 03060277766
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payments via Bank transfer and Visa & Mastercard debit/credit cards. We also provide card machine at delivery for karachi only.
Do you offer returns and exchanges?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, and not part of any sale or promotion. Product price will be returned after deduction of delivery charges.
Disposable items if used are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement and before dispatch. Please notify us via WhatsApp 03060277766. Orders may be canceled due to stock issues, fake information, incomplete details, or unpaid online payment verification.
Where does Tranzax Vapors deliver?
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan and also deliver same day in karachi via our personal delivery riders.
What if my desired vape item is out of stock?
Follow us on social media to stay updated on restocks. We regularly replenish popular salt nic, disposables , pod kits and accessories.
What if I accidentally return a non-Tranzax Vapors item?
Any item returned that is not a Tranzax Vapors product remains the sender’s responsibility. While we try our best to assist, we cannot guarantee recovery.
