1. Age Verification & Eligibility

  • Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase any products from Tranzax Vapors. By using this site, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

  • Verification: We reserve the right to request photographic proof of age (such as a CNIC or Passport) before processing your order.


2. Order Confirmation & Shipping

  • WhatsApp Confirmation: Shortly after placing an order, you will receive a message from 0306-0277766. You must confirm this message for your order to be dispatched.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days across Pakistan.

  • Shipping Fees: A flat fee of PKR 250 applies to all orders, unless specified otherwise (e.g., free delivery on bank deposits).

  • Personal Delivery: Same-day delivery is available in Karachi via our personal riders.


3. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • 3-Day Window: Returns and exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.

  • Exclusions:

    • Open or used flavors, e-liquids, and disposables are strictly non-returnable.

    • Items purchased during SALE or promotions are non-refundable.

  • Process: For refunds or exchanges, contact our support via WhatsApp at 0323-4552206.

  • Shipping Costs: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item delivered).


4. Payment Methods

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, and Visa/Mastercard.

  • For Karachi customers, a card machine can be provided at the time of delivery.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, incomplete details, or failed payment verification.


6. Warranty

  • We provide a 48-hour warranty specifically for technical issues on applicable hardware.


7. Product Disclaimer

  • All product images on tranzaxvapors.pk are of original products; minor variations in appearance do not qualify for returns.

  • Vaping products are intended for adult use only and as a less harmful alternative for existing smokers.
