Return and exchange
At Tranzax Vapors,we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you need to exchange an item for a different MG or FLAVOUR and COLOR, you can do so under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Exchange:
Time Frame: Items must be exchanged within 3 days from the date of delivery of the parcel.
Condition of Items:
Items must be in their original condition, unused, Sealed and with all accessories.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase must be presented.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
Used or open disposables and e liquids.
Pod kits that are used or open replacement pods.
Exchange Procedure:
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer services team by WhatsApp 0323-4552206.
Once the exchange is approved, our customer services representative will generate a new order for the exchange. Before dispatch, the customer must courier the exchange parcel on personal basis via any local nearby courier service available on our given address.
If the dispatching fault is from our side for example, Device delivered in wrong color, Flavor MG got wrongly delivered or any item related issue, Tranzax Vapors will bare the courier cost of the shipper and also send exchange product on free delivery.
Simultaneously, ensuring you receive your replacement without any delay. Please ensure the previous product is properly packed before handing it over to the courier maintain its quality and condition.
The delivery time for the new order will be 2-3 working days once shipped.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost of 300rs has to bared if the customer wants to exchange Flavor or any other item.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer services team immediately after you receive the parcel.
